Helping Dext rethink its market positioning and bring its story to life with a new website
Advanced automated expenses solution Dext has come a long way since its days as ReceiptBank. Its solutions for accountants, bookkeepers and business customers transform how users manage expenses, transforming this from an error-prone chore into a slick, well-oiled machine. The problem was that its positioning and website didn’t reflect this. And that’s where we came in.
We began by running our signature Fast-Track Positioning programme. This accelerated positioning and messaging exercise helped Dext explore different ways to talk about the business and its solutions. We created the final positioning for the brand and showed how this could be targeted at both accountancy professionals and business customers. Then, we worked with Dext’s web design and development teams to structure and rewrite the entire site, bringing the new positioning to life with fresh content and a new, more approachable tone of voice.
