The challenge

MW industries creates components across a wide range of industries — from aerospace to medical to race cars. A business that had grown by acquisition, its brand was largely fragmented making it difficult to cross-sell products and stand out against a large number of small local players. Fundamentally, it needed to present a more unified face to the market allowing it to demonstrate its leadership position.

Our solution

To begin with, we worked with the leadership team on the company’s core positioning and options for how to architect its brand. We then rebranded the entire business, creating an identity that brought all the sub-brands under a single look and feel. Off the back of this, we wrote key sections of the company’s new website, created advertising and content to bring its core messaging to life, and developed internal and employer brand communications to help it meet its recruitment and retention targets. And that was just the start.
