The challenge

Munich Re Automation creates highly sophisticated solutions for automated underwriting. These require a range of customer stakeholders to agree in order to make a sale — a process that can take many months. They tasked us with helping them cut through the noise to create opportunities in their key US market.


Our solution

We moved the message away from the speeds-and-feeds focus of much of the market and refocused it on the critical concerns faced by US insurers today — agility, sales conversion, process efficiency. We then created a content cycle that delivered customer-focused assets at every stage of the buying cycle – from thought leadership around business agility to how-to guides on key areas of concern in the industry.
